Multi-jurisdictional investigation leads to 3 arrests

Marceline, MO - On November 13, 2023, officers with the Linn County Sheriff’s Department, Marceline Police Department, and North Missouri Drug Task Force executed a search warrant in Marceline, Linn County, Missouri. During the investigation, approximately a pound of purported Methamphetamine, liquid methamphetamine, Fentanyl, drug paraphernalia, multiple handguns, various types of pills, fake/stolen identifies, and a large amount of US currency were all located. One (1) male and two (2) females were arrested and face narcotic and/or weapon-related charges.

Over the past several months the Linn County Sheriff's Department, Brookfield Police Department, Marceline Police Department, and North Missouri Drug Task Force conducted multiple investigations which led to the seizure of approximately two pounds of purported Methamphetamine, liquid Methamphetamine, Fentanyl, various types of pills, drug paraphernalia. Other evidence seized during the investigations were; US currency, forging equipment, stolen identities, a stolen vehicle, stolen firearms, and stolen property.

The charges for which the individuals were arrested are mere accusations and are not evidence of guilt.  Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.
